What you'll do

• Design end-to-end experiences — from research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to define problems, brainstorm solutions, and ensure seamless implementation.
• Establish and maintain a cohesive design system that reflects Wonderfall's brand, ensures consistency, and scales across products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas, improve UX, and inform design decisions with real user insights.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in product or UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile work.
• Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma, and familiarity with design systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across product, engineering, and business teams.
• A user-first mindset with an eye for detail, and a passion for crafting clean, accessible, and intuitive experiences.
